Agreement
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the website launch-spacecoast.com and the services provided by Launch ("we," "our," or "us"). By accessing the site, contacting us, or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or services.
About Launch
Launch is an AI and automation agency based in Melbourne, Florida. We build AI voice receptionists and business automations for small and medium businesses. Pricing, scope, and deliverables for engagements are governed by the separate written agreement signed between Launch and each client.
Use of the website
You agree not to:
- Use the site for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the site, our infrastructure, or related systems
- Interfere with the operation of the site or any other user's use of the site
- Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information through our forms
SMS messaging program terms
When you opt in to receive text messages from Launch, the following terms apply:
Program description
Launch sends SMS messages to subscribers and clients for purposes including appointment reminders, account notifications, customer support replies, service updates, and — where you have separately consented — promotional messages about Launch products and services.
Consent and opt-in
You will only receive SMS messages from Launch after you have provided express consent (for example, by submitting your mobile number through a form on our website with a checkbox confirming you agree to receive texts, by texting a keyword to one of our numbers, or by signing a client agreement that includes SMS consent). Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
Message frequency
Message frequency varies depending on the program you signed up for and your interactions with us. Transactional messages (such as appointment reminders or support replies) are sent as needed; promotional messages, if you have opted in to them, are typically sent no more than a few times per month.
Message and data rates
Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details on your plan. Launch does not charge you a fee to receive SMS messages.
Opt-out (STOP)
You can cancel SMS messages from Launch at any time by replying STOP to any message we send. After you send the SMS message STOP, we will send you a confirmation SMS confirming that you have been unsubscribed. You will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

Supported carriers
Our SMS program is available on most major U.S. carriers, including AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, Sprint, Boost Mobile, U.S. Cellular, MetroPCS, Cricket Wireless, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy
Information you provide in connection with our SMS program is handled according to our Privacy Policy. Mobile phone numbers and SMS opt-in consent are never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
AI voice receptionist disclaimer
Our AI voice receptionist service uses automated technology to answer calls, capture information, and route inquiries. While we work hard to ensure high-quality and accurate responses, AI systems can make mistakes. Launch is not liable for damages arising from AI-generated responses except as set out in a signed client agreement. Clients are responsible for reviewing AI behavior in their deployment and configuring escalation paths appropriate to their business.
Intellectual property
The Launch name, logo, website design, copy, and any related materials are owned by Launch and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, or distribute any portion of the site without our prior written consent, except as required to evaluate our services in connection with an engagement.
Third-party services
Our services rely on third-party providers (such as Vapi, Twilio, Cloudflare, Resend, and others). We are not responsible for outages, errors, or changes in third-party services that may affect availability of our offerings, but we will work in good faith to maintain reliable service.
Disclaimer of warranties
The website and services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law. Launch does not warrant that the site or services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Launch will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of or related to your use of the website or services. Liability under any signed client engagement is governed by the terms of that engagement.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or the use of our website will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Brevard County, Florida.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the site or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
